Since all our shirts are custom made specially for you with your unique BBM PIN, we do not offer refunds. However we do offer a re-shipment of your order if you experience any of the following:
* The BBM Barcode on your t-shirt is non functional or not scanning.
* We got your order size, color, style or BBM PIN wrong.
If any of the above stated cases, we will cover the cost of re-production and shipping. Plus you can keep the screwed up shirt as a sign of our sincere apology. That's how much we care about your satisfaction!!
How do I request re-shipment?
Easy.

Tell us : who you are, where your from, why you are requesting a re-shipment. Also provide us with your order number and a photographic evidence of your complaint.
We'll then review your request and act accordingly.
Note: You can only request re-shipment within 3 days of receiving your order. (Allowances for special circumstances may apply)

Can I track my parcel?
No, sorry. Because you are getting such a subsidized postage charge, we have no money left to pay for the expensive option of tracking.
What if my item(s) don't come?
No need to panic. Just email us HERE
Let us know the problem. If the parcel has been lost or something rare like that, we'll send a brand new one or substitute... completely free.
