1. How can I contact BBMShirts?

2. Who makes the Shirts?
We do. All t-shirts are printed in house here in Los Angeles. Each
t-shirt is carefully printed, folded and packed perfect for you or as a
gift for someone else.
3. What type of t-shirts do you use?
The t-shirts we use are 100% cotton heavy-weight t-shirts made by ‘Yazbek’.
4. What do you do with my Pin and how does it work?
Once you provide us with your pin and make your payment, we will convert
it into your BBM barcode and then print that on the shirt of your
choice. We will then mail that shirt out to you and it will be fully
functional and scannable by anybody with a Blackberry.
5. What happens to my Pin when you're done?
We only store your pin as part of your order records but we don't do
anything with it nor do we share it with anybody. It's just remains in
our vaults gathering dust until the day the world no longer exists.
6. Can I order more that one shirt
Yes you can, just enter the number of shirts you want in your 'Cart' page.
7. Can I order more than one shirt with a different Pin for each shirt?
Yes you can. Just enter the other Pins in the box provided and include
special instructions for each Pin is the sizes and color of the shirts
are different.
8. Can I buy these 'custom' BBMShirts anywhere else?
No, we make and supply them exclusively via this website.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card or paypal. If you're a caveman (or cave
lady) without a credit card or Paypal and would like to pay via cash,
check, or money order, contact BBMShirts@gmail.com for info on alternate payment methods. Sorry, we don't accept orders over the phone.
10. Is my credit or debit card payment secure?
Yes, all of our payments are handled via Paypal or Google Checkout. You
don’t have to sign up for an account and your financial details
will not be shared with anyone else. Paypal and Google Checkout are both
used by millions of websites across the world including many major
online retailers.
11. Where does the shirt ship from?
We are based in Los Angeles, California in the United States and all of our products are shipped direct from our workshop.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to every country in the world...even to Timbuktu. You
should see the available shipping options to your country as you go
through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option
during checkout, please email us at BBMShirts@gmail.com with your location and we will get it fixed.
Attention International Buyers: Depending on your delivery location and
order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the
country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these
import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with
BBMShirts, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.
13. Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States
Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put
the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and
rates.
14. What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on
your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that
you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in
your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping
options to your address will be displayed with their price.
Domestic Shipping Options:
First Class Mail (2-7 day delivery / Starts at $4.99)
Priority Mail (2-5 day delivery / Starts at $6.99)
Express Mail (1-2 day delivery / Starts at $20.99)
International Shipping Options:
Canadian First Class (2-4 week delivery on average / Starts at $6.99)
Canadian Priority Mail (6-12 day delivery / Starts at $17.99)
International First Class (2-4 week delivery on average / Starts at $8.99) - Delivery time varies by country
Priority Mail International (6-12 day delivery / Starts at $25.00)
Please note: International First Class Shipping is only available for
orders under 4 pounds in weight. If you have a large international
order that is over 4 pounds, your only shipping option will be Priority
International. In that case, it may be cheaper to separate your order
into two orders that can ship via International First Class.

16. What size shirt should I order?
Our shirts are cut to be a bit more fitted than your standard t-shirt.
They are also 100% cotton so you can expect them to shrink a bit.

17. How do I track my package?
First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation
number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A
Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however
information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated
until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says the package
was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox.
Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you
via email when we ship your order.
For international orders you are
given the custom's form number which cannot be used to track the
package. Sorry!
18. How long will it take to receive my order?
All t-shirts are usually dispatched within 5 business days of order.
Sometimes this can be a little longer and we always try and make this
time shorter! If you order is urgent then please email us and we’ll see
if we can speed things up for you. Normal mailing times are dependent on your country’s postal service.
19. What if my shirt(s) don't come?
No need to panic. Just email us here
Let us know the problem. If the parcel has been lost or something rare like that, we'll send a brand new one completely free.
20. How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change
something, please email us at BBMShirts@gmail.com and let us know. If
your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the
change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the
name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order,
and what you would like changed.
21. Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them
completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived
there. If you are not able to find it there you can email BBMShirts@gmail.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.
22. What name will be on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be BBMSHIRTS.COM, or SOCIAL GEAR, LLC. Social Gear LLC is the legal name of our company.
23. Do you sell BBMShirts wholesale?
Retailers, businesses or companies interested in wholesale information should contact our Chief Innovations Officer at Riz@Social-Gear.com. Please include your contact information and what company you are purchasing for.
24. Are you looking for new models?
We are always on the lookout for new models. If you are interested,
please send a variety of pictures of you rocking your new BBMShirt to BBMShirts@gmail.com. Include the city you are located in, and any other
info you think we will find helpful. The more pictures that you
include, the better. And please include some where you are having fun!
They do not need to be professional shots. In fact, we prefer at least
some are pictures of you hanging out, goofing off, smiling, and having
fun.
REFUND POLICY
Since all our shirts are custom made specially for you with your unique
BBM PIN, we do not offer refunds. However we do offer a re-shipment of
your order if you experience any of the following:
1. The barcode on your t-shirt is non-functional or not scanning.
2. We got your order size, color, style or barcode wrong.
If you experience any of the above stated cases, we'll send you a brand
new one completely free. Plus you can keep the screwed up shirt as a
sign of our sincere apology. That's how much we care about your
satisfaction!
How do I request re-shipment?
Easy.
E-mail us here
Tell us : who you are, where your from and why you are requesting
a re-shipment. Also provide us with your order number and a
photographic evidence of your complaint.
We'll then review your request and act accordingly.
Note: You can only request re-shipment within 3 days of receiving your order. (Allowances for special circumstances may apply)
